I started as an airport greeter for Make-A-Wish in April of 2008. Because of my dedication, I was named Volunteer of the Month in August 2008. I quickly advanced even higher & trained to become Wish Granter. This allows me to work directly with the wish children to ascertain and plan wishes. This year I was asked to be a co-founding member in a Young Professionals Committee for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of San Diego called “3c.” The 3c committee raises funds and awareness through fun social activities tailoring the message to a younger demographics.

Also in the last year I have volunteered as a mentor for the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation’s Team Challenge Program. It was my 3rd season mentoring and 4th season involved. I have easily assisted in raising well over $20,000 for the organization and helped numerous participants cross the finish line for their first 1/2 marathon.
And last but not least, I have spent countless volunteer hours as a trusted advisor to a new charity starting here in San Diego called Jeans 4 Justice. As an advisor, I help with marketing, branding, internet marketing and social media. I actively volunteer my time to help with cause related events and promotions. In my spare time you will find me participating in Jeans 4 Justice’s new 1/2 Marathon Training Program called Justice In Motion.
Ohh and one more thing, I am an unofficial big brother for a local boy with a life threatening illness. I act as a role model and big brother to this young man in a time when he needs support and love.
I had an amazing mentoring call with Les Brown & Paul Martinelli tonight. I told Les I was getting asked to speak and he spent some 1 on 1 time coaching me in order to help me with my message; the message I will be sharing with the world! I took his words, added my words, and some words from the great teachers along my journey (Brian Tracy, Tony Robbins, Paul Martinelli, John Maxwell, Mary Morrissey, Jim Rohn, Zig Ziglar, Troy Hazard, Jim Bunch, Vishen Lakhiani, Brian Johnson, and many more) Here it is, first on paper, then in person…
Absolute Faith. BURN THE SHIPS! Leave no option; no turning back until you accomplish your mission. This is not as easy as it sounds. 87% of people have a fear of failure. Acknowledge those fears. But don’t ignore them or fight them, instead move into them. Fear and excitement are one word from being the same thing. Dance with your fears. Align with them. They will wear out. Have 100% faith that you can do anything you put entire heart and soul into. You have infinite potential and nothing that can stop you but yourself.
Desire. You must have a burning desire for what you want in life. This burning desire is your WHY. WHY do you wake up and get out of bed each morning? WHY you work each day? Is it for your kids, or to support your parents, or so that one day you can start a charity? To find your WHY, find something bigger than your own personal gain. As humans we will do more for others than we will do for ourselves. Power moves to those that are truly committed to serving others. With a burning desire that is greater than you, you will not fail and you will not let life’s road bumps knock you off the road.
Invest in yourself. Time is our most valuable assest. Take a close look at how you are spending your time. Don’t waste it watching TV, the Electronic Income Reducer. Don’t waste it spending time with people that are not helping you grow. Invest your time in yourself by learning from mentors, going to seminars, reading, listening & watching books and programs that will stretch you personally, professionally, and spiritually! Invest a minimum of 5% of your income back into your personal
development. Spend a minimum of 30 minutes a day developing your mind & spirit. These are the things that you should find easy to do, yet most people find it hard. Everything is this world is either growing or dying. So if you are not growing, well… you are dying. Another very important way to invest in yourself is to CELEBRATE! Celebrate your wins, celebrate your life. Every day write down what you are grateful for and every day celebrate these things. A little secret about me: My favorite form of celebration is to TURN UP THE MUSIC AND DANCE! Yup, dance like no one is watching. Or dance my face off 
Find a way to truly enjoy yourself, you deserve it! Also, commit to writing down each day what you are grateful for. Since I am online a lot, I use the Gratitude Log (www.gratitudelog.com), find something that works for you but do not skip this step. You are perfect, life is perfect and everyone is here for a reason, so let’s be grateful for everything the Universe has provided us.
Action, take immediate action on your ideas and dreams. Most people are procrastinators. I hope that no one reading this wants to be like most people. Just freaking do it already! Add more value to this world; add more than anyone would ever expect of you. In order to add value, you much take action. Progress equals happiness. Boldly take immediate action. Forward motion with emotion. If you want to lose weight, get up right now and clean out the frig! Here is the ultimate success formula: Get clarity on your dreams, goals, and true purpose. Find your reason WHY. Take massive freaking action! Take note of the results you are getting, and change your strategy if needed, but never quit. And CELEBRATE your wins!!!!

This is just a sample of one scene and we did these “little” dance parties every 30 minutes or so for 4 straight 12+ hour days! Freaking awesome!

On Saturday July 17th I attended the very first Frizzle Event. It was put on by my friends Novalena & Dean. They had Jim Bunch
and Randy Zales speak, along with Novalena and others sharing the stage.
We screamed at the top of our lungs about how great we were and how much we loved ourselves, and we also screamed these words to complete strangers!
We wrote down our biggest goals on a 1 inch board. Then we wrote down any limiting beliefs that were coming up that may cause us to have trouble in reaching those goals. Then, we punched through to the other side of the board. Freaking sweet powerful little lesson!
We ended the day at Moonlight Beach in Encinitas performing a flash mob dance with all 100+ people that were at the event. I will post that video soon, but below is an example of what a flash mob is.

I did not know how else to start this post. I can not put into words the *HAPPY DANCE* I have been doing since we received the news that there does not seem to be any traces of Cancer in our loved mentor and friend Mr. Brian Tracy! Yup! Gone… disappeared! It’s a miracle. I can say that because I believe in miracles. The Universe, or God, or whatever your belief system, has aligned everyone’s prayers, thoughts and positive energy into some major warrior style, cancer kicking, full-force POWER!
Do you ever feel truly aligned or connected? Where everything you ask for and everything you are looking for just appears. Does this happen to you? It could be something as small as a quote at the right time. (Which is why I love www.tut.com) Or you could be asking the Universe for some help with your job or your business. You could be praying or journaling, or just thinking about it. I am talking about when things just keep going right, you have momentum, and everything just keeps getting better and better for you. Yeah, that is happening to me right now. And I am so grateful, and look at the email quote I just received:

Today is a good day. A phenomenal day. I just got done doing a major *happy dance* around the room. Which I encourage each and everyone of you to do today no matter what, even if you do not have news as big as mine. And you can make whatever news you have as big or as small as you want.

Mine: I was dancing and celebrating the new partnership I just solidified with Paul Martinelli. Paul was CEO of Bob Proctor’s business. He is currently a partner on a few other business with Mary Morrisey, Les Brown (if you don’t know who less is, find a YouTube video of him, freaking awesome), and some other huge industry leaders in the works .
Anyway, last week he was asking the Universe for someone to come in and build his online business (list building, sales, programs & products, future product launches, etc). A few hours later I reached out to him out of the blue, we spoke, and the Universe went to work. Today we had a 2 hour call and discovered each others goals… and we were in perfect alignment with each other! We both want the same things and decided to form a partnership where I will be building Paul’s online business, taking a base salary yet acting as an Independent Contractor, and receiving a percentage of all the future monies I generate for Paul. Ummm, yeah! This is exactly what I wanted and I asked for (and a special thanks to my dear friend Stephanie, next to my computer is the sheet that you and I designed that outlines everything I wanted in my next opportunity, and this new partnership has it all)!!
It is day one, we decided right on the call that I would start today, and I am off! Freaking on top of the world right now! So, I just wanted to write a quick post and allow myself an opportunity to Share with others what I am just dying to shout at the top of my lungs about in excitement, and also to challenge you each to do the same. :)
FYI, I am still acting as an independent Joint Venture Specialist with Brian Tracy International, but I will know be focusing more time on this new project with Paul Martinelli.

First of all, let me apologize for the length of time it has taken me to get this video update out to you on Brian’s health.
Second, thank you to everyone that posted comments on my last video! WOW, what a response. And Brian was EXTREMELY grateful and just blown away by all the words of encouragement. You definitely brought many smiles to his face when he read them!
Brian just returned from a 2 week trip and seeing him today in the office was a real treat. He is looking better than ever! And you can tell he is feeling wonderful. Well anyway, watch my latest video update below….

Update April 20, 2010: Brian’s first Chemo session last Thursday went well and he is back on his feet as if he never missed a beat. I just spoke with Michael, his son, and he said that Brian is as positive as ever. Michael said, “If anyone can get through this it’s Brian.” 
I agree! Brian wants to be doing what he loves, doing what he is passionate about, and that is speaking, writing books, and changing people’s lives in a profound way. And until he can no longer do that, you will always catch him smiling & in high spirits! What a man, huh?! Note: The cancer did not affect the lymph nodes which is really good news, so as mentioned before, this is 90% treatable.
Tomorrow I will be printing off all the comments and handing them to Brian. This is your last call. If you leave a comments, some inspiration, a prayer, or your favorite quote below, I will personally print it out and hand deliver to Brian. And if you know Brian, he will read them and want to respond. :)

Like many, my own personal growth began with Brian Tracy, The Psychology of Achievement. Before that point I had never heard anyone talk like that. It changed my life by teaching me how to set goals and to set my course to anywhere I wanted to go. He helped me plant the right seeds in fertile soil. Now I work in his office here in Solana Beach. I have been to his house for BBQ’s and dinners with his family. Brian started me on an amazing journey of continuous learning, personal growth, and spirituality. I am truly blessed!
